About
I run the operationsbehind good design
I believe the best creative work comes from well-designed operations — review rituals that build alignment early, plans that respect a team’s capacity, and systems that hold quality at scale. Thirteen years of running these programs taught me the difference between process that protects craft and process that just adds meetings. I build the first kind.

A bit about myself
I love what I do, but even more, I love life — and all the things that make it better. Making time for family and good friends. Living each day as if it were the last. That Saturday morning bike ride, a warm home-cooked meal, a good wine, and sharing a laugh with the people who matter most.
There’s the morning coffee with my go-to product design, tech, and marketing news, sure, but above all, there’s staying aware of the world we live in. Recognizing the struggles of those less fortunate. Feeling grateful for every opportunity that pushes us forward in life.

Values as a compass
Always be kind
Always coming at people with an optimistic vibe and doing what you can to make a positive impact. Be a team player and lend a hand whenever you can.
Honesty as a foundation
Always keeping it real and sticking to the moral values my family drilled into me, making sure every action reflects truthful, honest, and ethical behavior.
Respect others, no matter what
Always show respect and treat people fairly. Even if others aren't respectful, keep your cool — reacting negatively only messes with your own integrity and character.
Stay humble
Confident people have no reason to compete. Never try to put yourself above your peers. Instead, keep it chill with a grateful attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow together.
Why I am open to a move
I am about six months into my current role, so here is the straight answer. I am not running from anything. The work is real, I am good at it, and I am happy where I am.
The reason is a preference that got clear over thirteen years, not over the last six months. I do my best work at a company that treats the operating layer behind design as something to be designed and owned rather than improvised, and that is willing to invest in the tools its teams plan, review, and ship with. That is worth acting on when the right role appears, rather than discovering in month four that it was never going to be there.
